Laurent Gerbaud Chocolatier (Belgium)

Exciting new tastes from the innovative young chocolatier Laurent Gerbaud. Laurent served his apprenticship in choclate making in Brussels before backpacking across China and eventually starting a small 'unofficial' chocolate production unit in his kitchen. Fellow Europeans delighted in the taste of his real chocolate and Laurent discovered inprigin new Chinese tastes to combine with his chocolate. After returning to Brussels, Laurent develeped his range with a variety of specially imported fruits and salted roasted nuts, to use with his 61.5% dark chocolate. In recognition of the inspiration and source of his creations, Laurent's logo is the ancient Chinese character for Chocolate.
