Q. Are your shuttles non smoking ? Air conditioned ?
A. All cars are non smoking and air conditioned. They meet all the safety requirements of the French Ministry of Transportation. Transportation Licence number is 2001110007028.
Q. What is your toll-free number ? Why do I have to call when I arrive ?

A. Our toll-free number is 0800 247 227 or 0800 AIR CAR. You must call when you arrive so that we can send you the first driver available. The number is useful especially if you are held up with luggage problems : just give us a call and we will ask your driver to wait for you a bit longer.You can call from any public phone at the airport, no cards or coins are required, just pick up the receiver and dial.

Q. What happens if my arriving flight is delayed ?
We track your flight on the internet so we are aware if you will be arriving late. If you are 1 hour late or 6 hours late we will have a driver for you at the airport, so please make sure you call the toll free number when you arrive. However, if your flight arrives late, after our normal working hours, that is after 8 pm, go directly to the the pre arranged meeting spot. We will have done our best ( but cannot guarantee) to arrange for a driver to pick you up there ( keep in mind that your pick up may be charged 20% more for an arrival after 8 pm).

Q. What are your office hours ? What hours do you operate ?
Our office and our phone lines operate 7 days a week from 7am to 7:30pm. Our vans generally operate between 5am and 8pm.

Q. What do I do if someone at the airport proposes to take me into Paris ?
Say No. Also, if you leave with another car than ours from the airport, we may have to charge your credit card.

Q. Should I tip the driver ? How much ?
It is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he gave you, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.

Q. How far in advance can I change or cancel my reservation ?
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before transfer with no charge.

Q. Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before ?
You must confirm your departure at least 24 hours in advance to make sure that all the information concerning flight times, airport and pick-up address are correct.

Q. Do you provide car seats for children under 3 ?
Yes, for safety reasons we do provide car seats for children. Please make your request when you fill in your reservation form.
