We are glad to share with you the current evolution of our school subjects. Our teachers are experienced experts who are well-known in their field and who practise their art every day. They were chosen for their ability to pass on their passion and to adapt to the level of each student. In all our classes, they create an atmosphere of learning and pleasure. During each class, you will be initiated to a subject, and to techniques, gestures and behaviours that will help you convey, represent and understand French Art de Vivre.

A practice… Each class relies on very precise techniques and theories, but above all, on practice. From the beginning, you will add your shoulder to the wheel and after a few explanations, you will create your own work of art, cook a menu, realize a bouquet, make a necklace, comment on a wine or a diamond. Your senses and your concentration will be aroused. The classes given at La Belle Ecole are interactive: the teacher guides and lets the participants get involved.

A result… You will come out of the class with a specific new knowledge or with a customized object of which you will be proudly able to say: “I did it by myself!”. If the course doesn’t imply a personal creation, you will leave the session with a gift. After each class, you can reproduce or teach to others what you have learnt, or come back for another class to improve on the subject! You will become an ambassador of French Art de Vivre…

French Gastronomy

You will learn how to make delicate flavors emerge from seasonal products, you will conceive a surprising market menu, you will invent light mousses or realize sweet delights. You will learn how to cook original recipes that you can reproduce easily at home. You will take an active part to the class, and thanks to our chef, you will pick up the knack and learn all the tips.

The Floral Arts

Floral art in the world-famous Hôtel de Crillon. After a demonstration and precise instructions from your teacher, you will create your own masterpiece and take it back home! The Flower Therapy will take you to an olfactory, aesthetic and magical world and help you realize a bouquet or a floral arrangement worthy of a great florist combining technique and creativity.

The Fine Art of Tasting

Wine, champagne, cheese, chocolate, cigars and spirits need to be tasted with passion. Through our classes, you will learn how to savor, compare, understand and appreciate these pleasures. Thanks to our experts' instructions, you will learn how to taste like a great connoisseur. These workshops take place in comfortable locations which are adapted to commented tasting sessions.

French Entertainment

You will plunge into the heart of French refinement and improve on table design or “French etiquette”, or enjoy personal shopping. These three workshops will show you how to stage originally and tastefully your interior and yourself in order to show yourself off to advantage in any circumstances.

French Elegance

Make-up, jewellery, and perfumes are many French style attributes. In a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, our professionals will tell you the secrets of the “French touch”. During these practical workshops, you will take pleasure in learning how to seduce and show yourself off to advantadge.
