After several years as a manager of fine restaurants, I returned to my true passion of cooking, the secrets of the Chef in preparing and cooking a meal, the balancing of flavors and the harmony between food and wine.
I would like to transmit to trainees of all levels, the know-how, experience and professionalism that I have acquired during these years so that they can discover, carry out and appreciate well-balanced menus, full of savor. These courses will be carried out in a convivial environment with all the ingredients and tools needed so that each person may make a success of each recipe in keeping with reasonable time and budget constraints.
These courses between friends or familly combine the pleasure of finding and of learning the tricks from the chefs, proportionings of savours, the balance of the menus. Exceptional menus, staeming menus, vegetarians menus...

Discover and learn the tips and magic of French cuisine in his wokshop or in your own kitchen...the whole experience takes place in a convivial and relaxed environment.
Reasonably priced and timed to fit most schedules. Companies, private individuals, groups of friends of all ages may register to learn and receive the know-how of an expert French Chef.
Based on menus proposed by Olivier, come prepare, present, and taste your creations with a glass of wine. This workshop is also open to children on Wednesday, a clear and enjoyable course during which they will prepare for themselves the meal that they will then taste together. The workshop can be rented for privates courses.
