Ingredients:
1 Pie crust roll (for 10 inches pie)
20 cl
Heavy cream (35%)
225 gr Chocolate 70%
Serves 6-8
1. Cook the pie crust in a hot oven 350 degrees For 20 mn, be sure to use a sheet of aluminum foil With raw with beans (or others bean) in order to keep the pie flat when it is cooking.
2. Roughly chopped the chocolate and add the boiling cream in 2 or 3 times, mix gently
3. Add the chocolate preparation in the pie, and refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
4. You can, as an alternative, add diced poached pear or raspberry in the bottom of the pie before to add the chocolate preparation.
