Meet your guide and visit a market where the dealers go to buy from sellers set up on the sidewalks. Your guide will give you details about the place and help you negotiate the best price.

You then take the metro/bus/private driver to the largest flea market in the world. The Marche aux Puces boasting over 2,200 dealers organized into 10 sub-markets each with its own character. Arcades of semi-permanent shops as well as stands selling antique furniture, art, decorative pieces,architectural elements, military,porcelain ,vintage clothing, jewelry-just about everything in an atmosphere special to Paris.

You have all the advantages of buying from authorized dealers. The more you wander the streets, the better it gets. The most ardent antiquers routinely come away with amazing finds.

Wear suitable shoes and the best prices are with payment in cash.


Experience a French Auction:

Join us for one of the most exciting experiences you will have in Paris. for half a day you will join the culture of art and antique dealers in Paris. There is nothing in the world like it.

The morning will begin with the preview of auction that day or the next. We'll view the various rooms full of antiques for the upcoming sales-sit in on an auction and watch the bidding action. If something grabs your fancy your guide will help you place a bid. Afterwards you will get to stroll through the arcades of dealers and shops to see where some of the auction goods end up.

After a short lunch, head back to the Auction house to watch or participate in the bidding. Your guide will show you the ropes and help you leave or make bids.
