We frequently organize cooking experiences in English for any size group. These can be organized any morning or evening. We can also cater small parties, private dinners in our kitchen atelier starting from 4 people and evenings for corporate group up to 500 . Courses can take place in atypical places like 5 star hotels, castles or boats and adapted to the diversified requests.
A team of professionals (cook, pastry chef, confectioner, glacier, chocolatier, sculptor of fruit and vegetables) is at your disposal. Menus are proposed based on the season, and we offer courses on a full range of culinary arts : French Gastronomy, Sushi, Market Menus, Chocolate, and Pastry.
The course ends in a convivial tasting with wine and each pupil leaves with recipes in English.
Among 650 candidates, Genevieve was selected to represent France with the contest for the Meilleur Ouvriers de France (category Cooks) in 2,000. She can arrange an intimate private dinner class or a variety of team buildings games up to 35 people on her premises situated between one of the most famous food markets in Paris - market Aligre and the Viaduct des Arts. The cooking area combines warmth and a state of the art professional kitchen. A space both for friends or a corporate group looking to let off some steam.
If you have a group from 6 to 60 people on a budget and need a location for everyone to cook something relatively easy then we have 2 locations where students can practice several sweet or savoury dishes, which they eat afterwards. 30 of the students have their own workstations.
For groups of familly and friends who would like a private class we have 4 chefs with different specialities to accommodate anything from Brioche, Croissant, Cream Dessert, Pastries, Tarts and of course a 3 course lunch or dinner menu with or without market visits. All level of expertise possible.
The chef will arrive at your residence around 6:30pm, and the first 90 minutes will be the cooking workshop. You may assist the chef in the preparation of the meal and learn new culinary techniques or not as you please. The students then become the guests and spend the evening tasting an original and refined meal. The Chef will assure the service throughout the meal and leave your residence after serving the dessert, having left your kitchen perfectly clean and and tidy. Bread will be provided read.
