Listed price are net and do not include shipping.


Ordering

Step 1. Reserve the item in question through our on-line order system and pay by whichever means you choose based on our payment policies.

Step 2. We will then confirm availability and shipping cost and timing parameters for service.

Payment methods

1. $US Cheques or Money Order (For personal cheques over $500 we require a photocopy of identification (like a drivers licence) along with the cheque)

Shipping

Orders are processed on the day received with shipping and handling times varying depending on the specific product.
Priority mail from Europe varies from place to place.
Premium air service is available on request. Bear in mind that air shipping is more expensive due to "dimensional" weight charges assessed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Incorrect shipping information may result in the product not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to incorrect address information is the buyer’s responsibility, therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information.
N.B.: Carriers charge to change delivery addresses due to wrong zip code.

Deliveries to Small Businesses / Hospitals:
If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that the carrier may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be receiving a package. We are not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.

When placing an order for delivery to a patient please make sure that you include as much information about the patient's location as possible. E.g. room number, wing, department, intensive care unit etc.

Damages

In the unlikely event that a problem occurs in shipping or you receive a defective item we have itemized the steps you should take so as to reduce the aggravation factor for you and credit you as quickly as possible.


Damaged packages in transit

If a package arrives and is obviously damaged or has been tampered with in any way – DO NOT ACCEPT IT. It will be returned to us and we will resend it once it has been returned or we will issue you a full credit including the shipping cost. Please email us immediately if this should occur.

Damaged contents in transit

Insurance
In the unlikely event that a package arrives and the contents are damaged due to rough handling of the Post Office, you must put in a claim with the local post office for the value and contact us immediately and no later than 3 days of receipt. Please email us immediately so we can email or fax you proof of value and a shipping receipt. Failure to do so may generate extra charges to you.

According to the Postal Service: once a parcel is accepted, the insurance can only be claimed by the recipient from their local post office. This is the reason we advise you to inspect the package thoroughly before signing for them.

Return procedure

We stand by our quality.

Artworks and Photography
If you are unsatisfied with any artwork or photograph purchases we will happily credit you for the amount paid less shipping and handling fees if you follow the procedures below. These items are not subject to a restocking fee and are usually send back to the artist or photographer. You have 30 days within which to return any artwork. Please follow the procedures below.

Fashion

Return policy varies by brand. In some instances products shipping from Europe are offered under an agreement with the manufacture where there is no return possibility except for defective merchandise. Many products are semi- customized or made to order so returns are not possible. We will try to accomodate you where possible. There are no returns on chocolates.

Please follow these instructions carefully in order for us to accept your returned item and process your credit quickly upon receipt and inspection.

1. Email us at returns@manstouch within 15 days of receipt in order to obtain an RA number and correct shipping address to send the return. We cannot accept returns without this number

2. Returned items must be sent back in exactly the same condition as originally sent and packaged carefully to prevent damage. Fashion and paraphernalia products must be returned in original unopened condition or will not be accepted.

3. Items should be shipped by registered mail or carrier using a service that covers the value of the package. We would advise obtaining proof of receipt if by mail.

4. Very important - if you are returning an item to Europe from outside Europe, you must state on the post office shipping form – e.g. Origin France or the country in Europe, plus Returning merchandise to sender.

5. We CANNOT accept returns for any individual food products.

6. Custom orders cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with a product you will directly call us and we will try to satisfy your concerns on an individual basis.
